Formwork Boards in Accordance with Austrian Standard ONORM-B 3023
Specification
Material:
Three-layer board made from dense wood (pine), cross-laminated for enhanced durability.

Adhesion:
Secure adhesive connection, resistant to moisture, alkalis, weather conditions, and high temperatures.

Finish:
Smoothed surface treated with carbamide and melamine resin for a sleek concrete texture and easy cleaning.

Dimensions:

Board dimensions (according to EN13353): Thickness 21 mm / 27 mm
Width / Length: 500x2000 mm, 500x2500 mm, 500x3000 mm
Weight:
Compared to multi-layer laminated plywood, the three-layer formwork board is significantly lighter and safer to use. Its lighter weight allows for assembly and disassembly by a single person, reduces the overall weight of the formwork structure, speeds up the total project completion time, and enhances safety.

Deformation Resistance:
The mechanical performance of the three-layer board is significantly higher even compared to plywood of the same thickness and high quality. Bending and deformations are minimized. Therefore, using this board for concreting ensures higher quality with an excellent appearance and a stable concrete surface.

Geometric Precision:
The boards are manufactured with highly precise geometric dimensions and feature special protective treatment for the surface and edges. For specific dimensions, a reinforcement frame is used to protect vulnerable areas. When installed, the boards fit tightly together, ensuring a flat concrete surface without visible joints and minimizing the risk of damage to both the boards and concrete surfaces.
